75 Minute Reiki

A Reiki session helps release stress

and restore harmony to mind, body

and spirit. You'll lie comfortably,

fully clothed, while calming energy

directed through light touch

or hovering hands.

Most people leave feeling

lighter, calmer and more centered.

The 75 minute Reiki session

includes a 15 minute complimentary

sound bath and EFT

(emotional freedom tapping)

and short guided meditation.

45 Minute Sound Bath

Sound bath is a meditative experience

using singing bowls, gongs, and chimes

creating a soothing soundscape

promoting relaxation

and stress reduction

activating the bodies parasympathetic

(rest and digest) nervous system.

Guided meditation reduces

I understand that Reiki is a simple, gentle hands on energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment. I understand that Reiki does not take te place of medical or psychological care. I understand that Reiki can compliment any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often benefiicial. I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.
