Ajah Reiki — Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ajah Reiki, we understand that schedules change and unexpected circumstances arise. Our goal is to provide a fair, compassionate, and transparent cancellation and refund process while respecting the time reserved for every client.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel an in-person or distance Reiki appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled session and receive a full refund of the amount paid for that session.

Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law or approved by Ajah Reiki.

Rescheduling Appointments

Clients may reschedule an appointment without an additional charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

Rescheduling requests are subject to appointment availability.

Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be accommodated at our discretion.

Missed Appointments and No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend an in-person session or participate in a scheduled distance Reiki session without providing advance notice will be considered no-shows.

Payments for missed appointments are generally nonrefundable.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late to an in-person appointment or connecting late to a distance Reiki session may receive a shortened session.

The original session fee will still apply.

Cancellations by Ajah Reiki

If Ajah Reiki must cancel a scheduled appointment, the client may choose either:

  • A full refund of the amount paid for the canceled session.

  • Rescheduling the session at no additional charge.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be initiated within 10 business days of approval.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. For in-person payments, an appropriate refund method will be arranged.

Additional processing time may be required by banks or payment providers.

Emergency Circumstances

We understand that illness, family emergencies, and unexpected events may occur.

Clients experiencing extraordinary circumstances are encouraged to contact Ajah Reiki as soon as possible. Requests for exceptions will be reviewed individually.

Distance Reiki Sessions

Distance Reiki sessions follow the same 24-hour cancellation and refund policy as in-person sessions.

Clients should follow any instructions provided for participating in their scheduled distance session.

We will review your request and respond as promptly as reasonably possible.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law.
