Services Offered

Ajah Reiki provides in-person and distance Reiki sessions designed to support relaxation, personal reflection, and spiritual well-being.

Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

Appointments and Reservations

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

Clients agree to provide accurate booking information and attend or connect to sessions at the scheduled time.

For distance Reiki sessions, clients are responsible for following the preparation and participation instructions provided before their appointment.

Payment Terms

Ajah Reiki accepts both online and in-person payments.

Service prices and any required deposits or advance payments will be communicated before purchase.

Appointments requiring advance payment are not considered financially confirmed until the required payment is received.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a cancellation penalty.

Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Client Conduct

We strive to maintain a respectful, peaceful, and welcoming environment.

Clients are expected to treat practitioners and others respectfully. Ajah Reiki reserves the right to discontinue services when conduct threatens safety or creates an unreasonable disruption, subject to applicable law.

Voluntary Participation and Consent

Participation in Reiki is voluntary. Clients may ask questions, decline physical contact, or end a session at any time.

Physical contact during in-person sessions will occur only with appropriate client consent.

No Guaranteed Results

Reiki experiences vary between individuals. Ajah Reiki makes no guarantee regarding specific physical, emotional, spiritual, or medical outcomes.

Original website content, branding, and materials belonging to Ajah Reiki may not be commercially reproduced without permission except as permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ajah Reiki is not responsible for losses arising from website interruptions or misuse of information provided on the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
